Cooking Instruction:

Frying Pan Method

  • Pre-heat frying pan, add small amount of olive oil
  • Put in a pan and continually turn the kofta until cook through (approximate 6-8mins)

Oven Method

  • Use either oil spray or melted butter to coat the kofta
  • Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees, bake for 10-12mins
