Frying Pan Method
- Pre-heat frying pan, add small amount of olive oil
- Put in a pan and continually turn the kofta until cook through (approximate 6-8mins)
- Use either oil spray or melted butter to coat the kofta
- Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees, bake for 10-12mins
