Fully thaw contents before heating. Stove Top: Pour contents into pot. Bring to boil over medium to high heat stirring frequently. Microwave: Place contents in microwaveable container. Place lid loosely over container and heat. Stir soup or sauce at least once during the microwave process and heat again for even temperature throughout contents. Stand for 1-2 minutes before serving.
